The Option for People Our Offer Does Not Suit
Most boxes here go out on the six months free offer: you pay for six months and the next six come at no charge. That is the cheapest way to keep a mailbox here, and if you know you are staying, take it. Monthly billing is for everyone else. Someone in town for a season, or a business that wants its own address before committing to a year.
What It Costs
- Personal mailbox - $18 a month, one person's name on the box
- Business mailbox - $25 a month, your name plus one company
- Corporate mailbox - $45 a month, your name plus several companies
No setup fee, no key deposit, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The rent comes off your card once a month and you can stop it whenever you like. A month costs more this way than it does on a prepaid term, which is why monthly billing is here for people a prepaid term does not suit.
Read This Before You Choose Monthly
- You can move to a prepaid term any time. Call or come in, we cancel the monthly subscription so that it does not renew, and the box goes on six months or a year at the prepaid rate, which costs less per month
What Comes with the Box
- A real street address instead of a residential address or a PO Box
- Package receiving at no extra charge. We accept and sign for deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and couriers, and hold them at the counter
- A mail check by phone. Call ahead and we tell you whether anything is waiting, so you do not drive over for nothing
- Email or text when something arrives, if you would like a notification
- A lobby that is lit and secured around the clock
- Mail forwarding while you travel, overnight, weekly, monthly or on request
- An address that does not change when you move house
Start a Monthly Box
Before you pay, read this line. These are monthly subscriptions, handled for us by Stripe. The amount below is charged to your card every month until you cancel, there is no cancellation fee, and cancelling takes one phone call or one click in the customer portal. Choosing a button means you agree to the monthly charge.

Changing or Stopping the Payment
Your card details, your invoices and the cancel button live in the customer portal. You can also call the store and we will stop it for you. We handle it here, you do not need to write to a payment company about a box you rent from us.

How to Get Started
- Come in during store hours, Monday through Friday from 9 to 6 and Saturday from 9 to 1, and tell us which box you want
- You write nothing out by hand. We type your details at the counter, print USPS Form 1583 with everything already filled in, and you read it over and sign. That form is what lets the Postal Service deliver mail addressed to you at our address
- Bring two forms of identification, one of them a photo ID, with details that match what goes on the form
- Have the form witnessed. In person here with your photo ID, or notarized. A notary works in the building, so it can be finished in one visit
We look at every Form 1583 and the documents that come with it before the box is switched on. If something does not line up, a name spelled differently, an expired ID, one document instead of two, we call you and tell you exactly what needs fixing.
What Counts as Identification
One of the two has to carry your photo: a driver's license, a state ID or a passport. The second can be a vehicle registration, a voter card, a lease, a mortgage statement or a home insurance policy. Both have to show the name and address you put on the form. Bring the documents themselves, not photographs of them.

Moving to a Prepaid Term
Tell us when you are ready and we cancel the monthly subscription so that it does not renew, then put the box on six months or a year at the prepaid rate. That works out cheaper per month than paying as you go. The terms are on the mailbox rental page.
